Basic Job Requirements for a Barista in the State of Arkansas
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to legally work in the United States or have a valid work visa
Other Job Requirements That May be Helpful
- State Issued ID or Driver's License
- Social Security Number or Equivalent
- Good Communications Skills
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be familiar with proper food handling and health procedures (Food Handler’s Card or Equivalent)
